MASSAGE THERAPIST

I’ve been a LMBT for 16 years. I was born in Spartanburg, and I graduated from Boiling Springs High School. I have 3 children ages 27, 22, and 16. I love music, art, dancing, spending time with my family, and traveling. I discovered that I was interested in massage at a very young age, being aware of muscle tension and trauma. Eventually, this led me into my career of keeping the body healthy and strong for longevity. I’ve taken a lot of courses over the years, from deep tissue and trigger point therapy, acupressure, prenatal, reflexology, and more. My continuous education has given me the opportunity to create my style of corrective trigger point therapy combined with deep tissue and myofascial stretching. I love what I do: finding healing and joy in helping others.

I graduated from Isothermal Community College. I started bodybuilding in 2010, which led me to want to specialize in athletes. I prioritize in deep tissue, cupping stretching, and trigger point therapy to help work on injuries associated with their respective sports.

MASSAGE THERAPIST

I graduated from Florida Academy and have been practicing massage therapy since 2015. My massage style is typically a mixture of Deep Tissue, Myofascial and Trigger Point Therapy for pain and discomfort. I also practice Swedish Massage for relaxation and stress release. I believe massage is healing physically, mentally and spiritually and feel honored to be working in this industry.

MASSAGE THERAPIST

I was born and raised in Spartanburg. I graduated from Broome High School in 2004 and graduated Spartanburg Community College for massage therapy in 2006. From a very young age I realized I like to help people. When choosing my profession out of high school I thought “what a better way to help people than to help them with back pain and reduce stress from daily life”. That’s why I chose to be a massage therapist. As a therapist I like to blend a relaxing massage with firm pressure so you get the best massage experience, relaxing but also increasing range of motion, mending sore tired muscles and restoring the body back to homeostasis.

I have 3 dogs, a young son and a wonderful husband whom I love with all of my heart. I love all things antique, good food and a good bonfire. I am also a hospice nurse which brings me joy, happiness and a sense of giving back to our wonderful community.
