All appointments require a valid credit card on file to reserve booking times. All services are subject to our cancellation, late arrival, and no-show policies. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies. Clients are encouraged to review all FAQs, policies, and service guidelines prior to their appointment to ensure they are fully informed and prepared for their service.

Gift cards are nonrefundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization. Gift cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards and are not eligible for discounts, promotions, coupons, or special offers unless expressly stated otherwise. Promotional offers involving gift cards are valid only during the advertised promotional period and are subject to change or cancellation without notice. All non-promotional gift cards expire 1 year after the purchase date.

Gift cards must be presented at the time of service or purchase and are subject to verification. Any remaining balance will remain on the card for future use. The business reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards and orders for suspected fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity. Use or purchase of a gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
